1, spool pay-off machine: (according to user needs) suitable for 800 spool,spool pneumatic card, pneumatic brake. Driven by AC variable frequency motor, it achieves constant tension active pay-off with the host tensioner.
2, barrel host: composed of frame, tension machine, straightening device, traction wire feeding system, wiring mechanism, wiring lifting device, drum rotation vibration system and drum loading and unloading/loading mechanism.
2.1 Main frame steel plate welding structure, plus frame protection, one side of the operation ladder.
2.2 Tension machine: including a fixed guide wheel and a dynamic guide wheel, the guide wheel is made of aluminum alloy and polymer material composite. The dynamic guide wheel is controlled by the cylinder and the linear bearing slides up and down. Wire tension is detected by a non-contact displacement sensor and adjusted by air pressure.
2.3 The traction wire feeding system consists of a drive motor, a traction wire feeding reel, a wire pressing mechanism, etc. The surface of the reel is sprayed.
