4. Equipment introduction:
[1] 630 pay-off machine:
(1) The chassis of the fuselage adopts a frame structure, which is integrally bored and equipped with a push-pull protective door.
(2)Pneumatic top-mounted spool,pneumatically driven spool to translate,easy to unload, with pressure loss protection device (to prevent the spools from loosening and production safety accidents after the air is cut off), and air brake. Adapt to 630 spool.
(3) The equipment adopts active pay-off,the tension is constant,and the frequency conversion speed regulation of tension feedback is adopted.
(4) The equipment adopts a first-level belt deceleration and is driven by a 15KW motor.
[2] Dancer:
(1) The guide wheel of the equipment adopts the configuration of upper 4 and lower 4, and the outer diameter of the guide wheel is 300mm.
(2) Pneumatic control uses constant tension control tension, the tension is adjustable.
(3) The displacement detection switch is used to monitor the tension change in the whole process, and control the pay-off and take-up speed and tension to match well.
[3]Main machine(layer winding machine):
(1) The main machine includes two sets of power systems, the main shaft drive and the wire arrangement system. The main shaft part has a main motor to drive the wire take-up plastic spool to take up the wire. The motor power is 5.5KW,and the speed is controlled by frequency conversion speed regulation.
(2) The equipment adopts manual loading and unloading of plastic spools.
(3) The wire arrangement system adopts PLC program to control the operation of the equipment, the servo motor drives the wire arrangement mechanism, the wire arrangement is stable and reliable,and it is equipped with a set of straightener.
[4]electrical system:
(1) The touch screen is used to input parameters, and the PLC controls the servo motor numerical-control electronic automatic wire-arrangement. After manually assisted bottoming for first layer, it can be automatically wire-arranged and rolled up.
(2) The equipment has: dynamic real-time digital display: take-up speed, weight, prefabricated weight, automatic stop when the number is full. Automatic stopping brake when the welding wire is disordered or broken.
