Equipment Parameters (Introduction)
1. Layer wound wire specification: φ0.8~φ1.6.
2. The thickness of the wire wound wire is: Outer diameter φ300 × width 90/20Kg,
The outer diameter is φ270 × width 90/15Kg. Or customized according to user requirements
3. The main motor power is 5.5Kw, adopting AC frequency conversion speed regulation, and the spindle speed is 0~300rpm.
The output motor power is 30Kw, and the AC frequency conversion speed regulation is adopted.
4. The cable arranging mechanism is composed of a stepping motor, a cam wire, and a precision straightening wheel set (straightener). According to the preset wire diameter, the fully automatic precision layer winding is realized by the PLC control.
5. Intermediate tension machine: including tension adjustment wheel, precision weight wheel system, tension buffer pneumatic device and overall safety protection chassis, etc.
6. Pay-off machine: including transmission system, I-wheel tightening system, pneumatic brake device, etc. Active line and reverse line function
7. Release spool: Standard (customized according to customer requirements)
8. Control system and main configuration: including operation control box and control cabinet. The operation control box is set on the layer winding machine, and the built-in touch screen is intuitive and convenient to operate and has fault self-diagnosis function. The control cabinet contains the inverter, PLC and low-voltage electrical components and voltage and current overload protection devices.

Note: In order to ensure the stability and reliability of the unit operation and easy operation, the equipment should be installed on the concrete foundation, and the base should be buried underground and fixed firmly. The power line, control line and gas path are arranged by buried pipelines. See the foundation map for details. Connect the power supply, air supply, and ground the equipment reliably.
