The reciprocating rotary tip rolling machine is used for decades of old equipment, simple structure, suitable for small factories and production of low carbon steel wire.

This equipment is composed of three parts: transmission, frame and rolling stick. It is reduced by belt wheel and gear, and the big gear rotates about 60 times per minute. A short eccentric shaft is attached to the side of the big gear, which makes the rolling stick rotate around 50° through the arm and connecting rod. If the position of the arm and the connecting rod is changed, the Angle of the rolling rod can be changed.

This old fashioned bar is 100~120 mm in diameter and has 8~16 slots. According to the diameter of the wire, slot from large to small in order. Slot compression rate is: coarse steel wire about 20%, medium and fine specification about 15%. The slot is concentric and symmetrical with the outer circle.

The working principle of the sharpening machine is shown in the figure below.

When the rolling stick on the sharpening machine rotates about 50°, the steel wire is swallowed and then rolled fine, but the rolling stick immediately rotates outward, and the fine steel wire is spit out. The steel wire after two or three times of handling, that is, to complete the pressure of a slot hole. And so on until the requirements are met. The steel wire will be rotated 90° during operation to prevent rolling into an oval shape.

The advantage of this equipment is that the manufacturing is simple, the disadvantage is that the length of the pressure tip is short, generally only 60~80 mm, so most of the die before pulling the head. If the diameter of the rod is increased, the operation is inconvenient. In addition, the steel wire into or out of the rolling bar, all must be forced, so the thick specification of steel wire rolling quite laborious.

Fold and edit the working procedure of this section of sharpening machine

1. Before work, check whether the material support is stable, whether the machine tool switch is effective, and whether the gear protective cover is firm.

2. Before starting, tidy up the tools and sundries on the working place and machine tool.

3, adjust the roll gap, gap pressure can not be too large to prevent the material rolling crack. When sharpening, pressure should be gradually applied, not at one time.

4. Check whether the actual size, geometry and hardness of the wool meet the requirements. It is forbidden to process unannealed bar material to prevent crushing roll or breakage.

5. When the operator throws material downward, it is necessary to pay attention to the safety of the people around. When cutting the baling wire, it is necessary to prevent the bar from rolling or the wire from popping out, and the baling wire should be cleaned up in time.

6. When feeding and rolling, the material bar must be tightly held to prevent the rod from sliding or warping, and the material with a diameter of more than 18 mm should be processed. Two people should work together and pay attention to coordination.

7, rolling over the pointed material can not touch the tip of the hand, to prevent burns.

8. The position of the material rack should be appropriate, and the channel should not be blocked.

9, discharged waste, corners and corners of the remaining material must be placed in the designated position.

10. Irrelevant personnel are not allowed to approach the materials and equipment being rolled.

11, the operator attention to concentrate, stick to the post, do not look around.
