1.Wire drawing machine:
(1) The power of machine 1 # -6 # is transmitted to the drum through a bridge device by an AC variable frequency motor through a high-frequency connected narrow V-belt.
(2) Wire drawing drum: The drum material is ZG45, and the working surface is welded.The hardness is HRC52~55, which is extremely wear-resistant and has a service life of more than 1 year.
(3) Drawing die box: The die box is a welded structure with guide rollers and tuning roller devices installed on it. The die seat should be adjusted to the position where the die box is tangent to the working outer circle of the drum. The tension force of the tuning roller on the steel wire is changed by adjusting the air pressure, with a pressure adjustment range of 0.15-0.6Mpa.

3. Drum cooling:
(1) The internal part of the drum adopts spray cooling. When the drum moves relative to the fixed inner cavity, the water in between generates turbulence and sprays out at high speed from the narrow gap, with a very high heat exchange rate.
(2) The 1 # -5 # drum adopts a bridge driven drum; The 6 # drum adopts a direct connection drum form.
(3) The inclined installation of the drum increases the amount of wire accumulated on the drum and prolongs the heat exchange time between the steel wire and the air.
4. Mold(die) cooling:
The wire drawing die adopts an indirect water-cooled fixed single-mode structure, and the inlet valve is adjusted to control the water surface height. When the wire drawing die needs to be replaced, the inlet valve is closed to quickly drain the water, and then the die is replaced. The sealing pads before and after the wire drawing die can be made of copper or aluminum pads.
5. Lubrication:
The main shaft and other rotating parts bearings of the wire drawing machine are lubricated with grease, and an appropriate amount of MoS2 lubricating grease should be injected regularly with an oil gun.
