14、 Operating instructions
1. Before the machine starts working, it is necessary to inject about three-quarters of the hydraulic oil into the hydraulic oil tank (if filled too much, the hydraulic oil will overflow when the machine is working). At the same time, lubricating oil should be injected into the oil hole to lubricate all parts.
2. Connect the power supply (380V, 5 wires, 3 live wires, black is the neutral wire, dual color is the ground wire), turn on the power switch, the display screen will light up, check if the motor direction is clockwise, and press the jog switch to see if the machine is operating normally.
3. The screen displays the length of the wire (which is the length of your product), and other data has been debugged before leaving the factory. Please do not make arbitrary changes. First, press 【 SET 】, and a black block will appear. At this point, you can adjust the data. 【 ENT 】 is the confirm button, and 【 ALM 】 is the output reset button.
4. The iron wire passes through two sets of straightening wheels on the wire rack until it reaches the cut. Tighten the screws, tighten the roller head, press the jog feed button, and then press the jog switch to straighten and cut off the wire. Next, turn on the automatic switch to continue working.
3、 Equipment maintenance
1. Check the tightness of each screw before starting work every day, add lubricating oil to each rotating part, and then turn on the machine.
2. In daily maintenance, it is generally not recommended to disassemble parts. If disassembly is necessary, it should be carried out by specialized repair workers. If any abnormal phenomena are found during the operation of the equipment, it should be stopped immediately and it is not allowed to operate with defects.
3. Regularly check whether the screws and fastening parts of each part are locked tightly, and there should be no looseness. Check whether the power cord is aged or damaged, whether the socket contact is good and reliable, and repair and replace it in a timely manner.
4. If not used for a long time, it should be cleaned and stored properly. It should be fully lubricated every six months and left idle for a short period of time.
5. The accessories and specialized tools of the equipment should be stored in dedicated cabinets and kept clean to prevent rusting and damage.
