First application
this machine is used for taking up copper wire、iron wire, and a variety of wire which have the diameter between 0.8-5.5 millimeter; can be used in device for all kind of drawing machines, increasing production and the lifespan of machine greatly, reducing the operator`s working intensity. This machine can match Y motor adopting frequency control. The receive wire speed can coordinate with the speed of wire drawing machine fully. This machine has reasonable structure, convenient operation and stable operation, also is an ideal device used in metal products industry, nonferrous metal and cable industry.

Third constructure
Trunk type take-up machine is composed of fixed roll、hollow spindle、spun dial、the wire pulley、trunk wire frame、rack、lifting devices and motor、second deceleration devices via V-belt wheel。
Spindle with two bearings fixed in the up-center of frame. Spun dial is fixed in the spindle. The center of take-up reel is fixed in Spindle with bearing, contributing to the rotation of Spindle and the motionlessness of reel. Unloading wire frame equipped on the top of reel with lifting devices \hanging –holding wire frame above it and receiving wire frame、small vehicle below it。
Fourth Installation and commissioning
1、Assuring the location of the take-up before installation(2.5 to3.5 meters away from the center of reel of wire drawing machine)。Filling in concrete according to the size of the foundation plans。The foundation should be filled on solid soil。After the solidifying of concrete and the adjustment of the elevation of the device`s centerline, a test should be done. Then if qualified, secondary grouting can be done in order to ensure the installing accuracy will not change.
2、after the secondary grouting is concreted,installation and commission can be conducted。
3、after the installation and examining,making every parts fixed,connect the power with host wire of electrical box according to the electrical circuit diagram.
4、open the engine after ensuring non-blocking. Notice the changing direction of spun dial before opening keeping the same with the arrow up the machine.
5、 empty testing should be no less than 2h and then free burden testing last 6 to 8 h which should be in accordance with two items below:
(1) transmission system should run smoothly, without vibration、abnormal noise and hum. All bearings` temperature is not too high.
(2)special attention should be paid to the stuck of the bearings between the reel and the shaft by wire, which may lead to accident.
Fifth 、using methods
Pass the plot line of the thread of the wire drawing block through the mold box of Trunk type take-up machine,then through the finished mold,then through the hollow spindle,until the center of the spun turning 90 degrees, then through one wheel of the spun to make the wire come across the first straightening device and 2 to3 turns in the first slot of the reel, then come back to the other wheel of the spun, then through the second straightening device, then circle the reel and fix the head of the wire in the hole of reel frame. To make threading easy, opening the speed monitor engine and circling can be conducted at the same time. Electromagnetic speed monitor should be turned to low-speed. Pressing the switch equipped next to the door make the spindle rotate slowly.
When finished, close the door making the switch close. Turn on the switch of the speed monitor to make the spindle working. Control the button of the monitor increasing the speed of receiving wire gradually to make the same with the out-line speed of the drawing machine. Accumulated wire of the reel turn outward gradually, then slip on the frame via lead-frame because of continuing receiving and rolling. unloading frame can bear 1000 kg wire at once and be changed without stopping.
