1. Construction characteristics for wire drawing machine

(1) Power control: The main motor is controlled by a variable frequency drive with stepless speed regulation, which can be adjusted arbitrarily. The computer LCD panel displays the current main motor extension speed.

The winding motor is equipped with a separate frequency converter, which drives a precision resistor through the rotation of the tension rod. The signal of the resistance value change is automatically calculated under the control of the PC board, and the winding frequency converter is commanded to immediately adjust the motor speed to keep the tension rod stable and adjust the optimal tension to maintain uniform winding tension.

(2) Extension method: Horizontal four axis, staggered front and rear tower wheels.

(3) Transmission method: The entire machine is driven by synchronous belts.

(4) Automatic shutdown: Automatic shutdown upon reaching the meter, with brake protection for the broken wire of the exit mold.

2、 The structure and function of the machine:

1. wire drawing machine main machine structure:

(1) Material: Q235 (welded high-quality steel plate)

(2) Processing: The body is formed by high current welding, annealed to eliminate internal stress, and then completed by precision boring machine integrated reaming, with the characteristics of no deformation and high precision.

2. Drive shaft:

(1) Material: High wear resistant mold steel (quenched and tempered treatment)

(2) Processing: The shaft core undergoes quenching and tempering treatment to eliminate internal stress and achieve good comprehensive mechanical properties. The mating parts are finely ground to ensure the coaxiality and flatness of the shaft core.

3. Power transmission:

The synchronous belt is used to drive the rotational speed between each wire shaft one by one. The winding shaft is driven separately by another motor, independently matched with a frequency converter, and feedback information is sent to the frequency converter through a tension rod buffer device to continuously adjust the winding speed.

4. Cable laying mechanism(pay off machine):

(1) Cable laying mechanism: Using a stepper motor as the power source for cable laying, the movement of the cable laying rod is controlled by a flat belt transmission. The three columns are assembled in parallel and equipped with linear bearings, which have sensitive response and stable cable laying. It can maintain good cable laying quality, and the cable laying speed can be adjusted according to the actual wire diameter.

(2) Adjustment of cable width: Adjust the position of the limit switch by adjusting the screw to match the width of the spool. The left screw adjusts the outer width of the spool, while the right screw adjusts the inner width of the spool.

5. Wire spool up and down axis device:

(1) Tighten the top center of the cone with a left-hand nut to secure the iron shaft.

6. Protective braking:

(1) Using high-quality pneumatic brakes, the machine automatically brakes in case of wire breakage or frequency converter tripping.

(2) When the spool reaches the meter, the machine slows down within 30 seconds and automatically brakes when it stops quickly, which can prevent the occurrence of wire breakage and disorderly wiring.

7. Jogging device:

Place two foot switches, and when threading, the operator can easily move the foot switches to make the machine run at low speed (about 100m/min).

3、 Installation instructions:

1. Installation:

(1) Requirements for the layout plan of the factory building:

When multiple machines are installed and used, please arrange the machines according to our foundation layout plan for ease of operation and maintenance. Please bury the power wires and cables underground to make the factory more tidy and safe.

(2) Installation of the machine:

The machine should be installed on a flat, clean, and well ventilated ground, with a shock-absorbing rubber block placed on the base. After calibration with a level, it should be ensured that the machine does not vibrate during operation, which may cause abnormal shutdown problems. This machine uses a three-phase power supply, with R. inside the electrical box S. The T terminal is an external power line, and there is another grounding wire on the terminal. Please be sure to ground it.

2. Cooling and lubrication methods for extension lines and the use of lubricants:

(1) There is an independent water tank designed in front of the machine, which is soaking type and very convenient for threading operations.

(2) Lubricating fluid is introduced from the lower left side of the machine and controlled by a bottom valve for easy threading operations. When multiple machines are used together, a centralized supply cooling lubricant should be provided. It is recommended to use a stepped overflow water tank for cooling and settling debris.

The capacity of the oil tank used is calculated according to the formula: 40 liters/minute x 40 x number of extension machines. If the capacity is less than this number, a mandatory cooling device must be used to ensure that the cooling temperature is controlled within the range of 40 ℃~50 ℃.

*It is recommended to use "Derunxing" DALL-376 lubricant for lubricating oil.

3. The use and threading of eye models

(1) The configuration of the eye mold can refer to the mechanical elongation rate in the performance parameters on the previous page. The outer diameter of the eye mold is Ø 25mm, and the thickness is 8-12mm. Please use high-quality diamond or artificial diamond molds to ensure the quality and production efficiency of the product line.

(2) Thread: A. Use pointed nose pliers to clamp the front end of the wire, wrap it twice, and then forcefully pull the stainless steel wire to reduce the cross-sectional area of the broken wire.

B. Use pointed nose pliers to clamp the wire head, carefully thread the wire through the eye mold, and then use pointed nose pliers to pull the wire out from the other end of the eye mold. When passing through the eye mold, please pay attention to the front and back directions of the eye mold.

C. Alternatively, a simple saltwater ablation device can be self-made using a safe voltage of 36V for easy threading.

(3) Wiring: After the wire with Ø 0.1mm or more breaks, a cold connector can be used for wiring.

B. After the wire below 0.1mm breaks, it can be manually wired or wired according to customer requirements. Wiring is not allowed.

4. The use of coiling axis:

The specifications of the wire spool used: The installation position can be configured according to customer requirements, and the wire spool can also be customized according to user habits.

5. Dismantling of the lead wheel:

(1) The wheel axle hole is equipped with an "emergency" cover. Due to the soft material, care should be taken not to damage it during loading and unloading.

(2) When installing the guide wheel, apply engine oil to the guide wheel and guide wheel hole to prevent rust during the next disassembly. Push the guide wheel to the bottom, lock the cover plate, and tighten the screws.

*Please pay attention to applying balanced force when tightening the four M6 screws on the cover plate.
