5. Non destructive testing (NDT): such as ultrasonic testing, X-ray testing, etc., used to detect internal defects.

Welding rod testing items:

1. Dimensional inspection: Confirm whether the size of the welding rod meets the standard.

2. Chemical composition inspection: Determine the element content in the welding rod to ensure that its composition meets the standards.

3. Appearance quality inspection: Check whether there are defects on the surface of the welding rod.

4. Mechanical performance testing: testing the tensile strength, elongation, impact toughness, etc. of welding rods.

5. Fracture organization inspection: Evaluate the characteristics of ferrite and grain size of the welding rod.

6. Pore inspection: Detect the pores inside the welding rod through ultrasonic testing and other methods.
