1.0 Introduction

The Continuous High Temperature Solution Treatment, Heat Treatment and Polishing Production Line has three major functionality: stainless steel (wire/pipe/slice) bright annealing, high precision parts welding and the heat treatment for sintering powder metallurgy.
1.1 Heating Furnace:
A: The heating element is silicon carbide rod or heat generating wires. The heat is generated in the upper portion of the furnace so that high efficiency, en heat distribution and easy repair/maintenance are achieved. (Heating element can be replaced without stopping operation)
B: Z-shaped ceramic fiber is used for high efficiency thermal insulation and energy saving.
C: The 314 muffle pipe and cooling pipe in the furnace are made by Shanghai Bao-Steel for increasing service life.
1.2 Wire Take-Up and Pay-Off Machine:
The reducers used for mechanical transmission in the machine are made by famous brand in China. The operation is simple, it runs smoothly and the quality of anneal is guaranteed. Each take-up machine head has an individual convert. The speed of taking up line can be adjusted easily and separately.
1.3 Electrolytic Acid Cleaning System
The electrolysis acid cleaning equipment can clean the waste powder, oil, and paste caused by drawing wire during the process and the result is obvious .The cleaned wire is brighter after annealed and the wire quality is improved. The whole process is emission free and pollution free.
1.4 Control System
The intelligent temperature control display is imported from Japan, automatic temperature control, high accuracy, stable and power saving. The converter is made by Sanken, it has high accuracy and high reliability. There will be a warning when the temperature is out of range.
1.5 Ammonia Decomposition System
The decomposition furnace is made by famous Chinese brand and it decomposes the ammonia gas into 25% nitrogen and 75% hydrogen (2NH3=N2+3H2). The decomposed gas is used as reducing agent and protects the area from being oxidized.
