Second flux-cored wire Production line main processing chart
1 the process is as follows:
(1) slitting shearing machine: unreeling machine-shearing machine-storage rack-take up machine
(2) steel strip rewinding: pay off→constant tensile rack→Φ800 spool take up
(3) forming and rough drawing machine: spool tension active pay off → constant tensile rack→ultrasonic online cleaning machine→rolling speed detection system→ forming into U shape→servo powder adding system→forming→forming and reduce diameter→ LZ6/500 wire drawing machine →spool take up
(4) finish drawing: spool passive pay off → LZ10/450 reduced diameter→polishing machine →spool take up (different size use the different number of block for finish)
(5)the layer winding machine : about 15/20KG each packing (can design as per clients needs)
